Talk to your doctor, and see if there is something else that may be causing the problem. He may have another health problem that is causing this.
After consulting your physician, they can direct you to Pfizer who will be able to help you out with the cost of the prescription if your physician decides it's the best method to help your boyfriend.
I'm sure you can buy it online and under a different name for cheap and easy, but it could also be something else that you would be allowing your boyfriend to take, and there is no way to know for sure if it is the right medication.
