How often can I take Viagra for multiple erections ?

I'm 58, and Viagra (100 mg tablet) helped me to get erection when having sex with my ex-wife. But we mostly had only one intercourse everytime. I'm wondering if Viagra is still effective for multiple erections in a short period of time (4-6 hours), since instruction on the bottle said that I shouldn't take more than 1 tablet within 24 hours . Any other help if Viagra only helps with the first erection ? Thanks.

Try cialus instead. It's advertised as being "good" for 48 hours but in my experience it's closer to 72. (My wife hides the damned stuff on me and I have to go hunting at least every couple of weeks!!!)

The thing to remember with any ED medication and the disclaimer that they all put on the packages is that you must be "aroused" for it to work. You'll need a little encouragement from your partner to get you into the mood but once you're there, the little guy should stand to attention just like you were 18 again.

I'm the same age as you.

Read the following article to see if any of the items listed apply to you. If they do - then some lifestyle adjustments could very well help you conquer your issue. You must be careful with Viagra. Some people experience a sudden drop in blood pressure taking it. You might miss out on all the fun if you're dead!

    What are my options?

    Definite DON'Ts

    Alcohol

Alcohol kills reproductive cells and decreases sperm viability. It also disrupts the link between the brain and the penis. Excessive use of alcohol inhibits the creation of the male sex hormone, androgen.

    Smoking

Nicotine reduces arterial pressure and as a result, prevents blood circulation to the penis. In addition, toxic substances from smoking are detrimental for sperm maturation.

    Marijuana

Sharply reduces the level of male sexual hormones, disrupts chromosomes and promotes undesired genetic changes.

    Anabolic Steroids

Anabolic steroids bear a close resemblance to testosterone and as a result, the body stops its natural production causing impotence to occur.

    High Cholesterol

Too much cholesterol blocks the vessels providing blood to the penis and thereby reduces the blood flow necessary to maintain an erection.

    Overweight

Being overweight can disrupt your hormone balance and, as a result, the production of hormones necessary for achieving erection can become insufficient.

    Chemical drugs

Studies show that out of two hundred most used medicines; as many as sixteen are likely to cause impotence. Among the most risky are drugs used for the treatment of high blood pressure, depression, insomnia, ulcers, tumors, plus a couple of medications used to combat allergy.
