Do the Viagra pills from online pharmacies really work?

I want to buy the generic Viagra (Sildenafil) from a legitimate online pharmacy. Any suggestions?

I have been ordering generic viagra (sildenafil) online for the last two years, i just can not afford buying Viagra in the local pharmacy. It used to charge me almost for 15 dollars a pill!! That is why I should say a huge thanks for the service I have received from http://www.pharmacynextdoor.com. I was a little weary of ordering such a product from a web site due to the horror stories that you hear about people paying and their products never arriving. However, I have had nothing but a great experience from their company, including some free bonus tablets of Viagra Soft every other purchase. Both me and my wife were in heaven when we tried their product! So, yes, generic Viagra does work, you just need to find a reliable source of getting it!

How long do you last on Viagra?

Just a random question.
After you take viagra, how long does your erection last?
Even after you have an orgasm?

Thanks In Advance.

Viagra doesn't give you an erection, it's just made to help the blood flow and open the tissues up in the penis, giving an erection to people who suffer from Erectile Dysfunction. They lose their erection shortly after ejaculation, like any other guy.

In a healthy male that doesn't need Viagra, an erection can last DANGEROUSLY long on Viagra… more than 4 hours. This won't be pleasurable though and is very painful, eventually killing all of the healthy tissue in the penis, causing impotence forever.

Is is possible to experience erectile dysfunction from too much sex with my wife?

I am a recently married man in my 20's. For religious reasons, I abstained from sex before I got married and did not masturbate. After a month of marriage and frequent sexual activity (2x a day on average), I have experienced erectile difficulties consistently in the past week and wonder if it could have anything to do with going from almost no sexual stimulation to frequent intercourse.

no… no, no, no…
losing your erection is not due to what you describe… no… sorry…

Is Viagra the best option for recreational use of ED drugs?

I want to either be able to just stay hard without a break, or have that break be very short, with full performance after, and maybe a third. Viagra? Cialis?

Viagra was the first. But it lasts for only 4 hours. I have taken Cialis and the stuff is awesome! It lasts for almost 36 hours.

At first you may get a bit of a backache. It's a side effect. Some do not get any side effects. The reason for a small backache is due to the fact that Viagra and Cialis work on muscle tissue. The Penis has fibrous muscle tissue that is actually hard when flaccid. An erection is obtained when the muscle tissue in the Penis is filled with Blood causing the Penis to fill and become erect.

So other muscles in the Body can be effected. Viagra has been know to cause some eye problems. The Eye contains some of the same muscle tissue as the Penis.

I did not at all get eye problems with Cialis. Women should not take these drugs. My GF took a Cialis and was in pain for a day. Since she has no penis the drug worked on her other muscles and she was very uncomfortable.

It seems many do not understand how these ED drugs work on men. They do not make you HARD just by taking them. You have to be sexually aroused for them to work. Just taking one will not give you an erection. Many Doctors say you should experiment with masturbation on your first dose of an ED pill.

How good are they. GREAT! It takes the guess work out of sex. Distractions… like the phone ringing or the dog barking will not break your concentration. And a fuller and harder erection can be attained. Since Cialis lasts for 36 hours you can take it 30 minutes before sex and you are good to go.

It all depends on the person. But you should be able to perform many times on Cialis. I bought my Cialis on line. I'm sure you get SPAM all the time about ED drugs. I do! here are a few places that I got my Cialis from. Some web sites that offer these pills require you to have Doctors permission. The ones I got mine from just took my payment and I received my pills in about 10-14 days

Is it safe to take Ginkgo and L-arginine together and does it help with erectile dysfunction?

I'm just taking these to get my blood flowing again plus I just asked someone about is it safe to take both the other day and they told me both are good for erectile dysfunction and make you last longer in bed and I had no clue it does that because that's not what I'm taking it for only to get my blood flowing.

Ginkgo and L-arginine are nutritional supplements that are safe to take together (at a reasonable dose, as with anything, taking too much could be harmful). Both are commonly used for improving circulation which may therefore be also beneficial for erectile dysfunction (ED) (especially if circulation is a cause). However, the notion that these supplements may make you last longer in bed is not true. I am not aware of any evidence of this effect. There are exercises you can perform that can help in this, but nutritional supplements are likely not effective. Kegal exercises can help you control ejaculation for longer sex. See here for more info: http://sexuality.about.com/od/anatomyresponse/ht/kegelsmen.htm

Arginine is a common and natural amino acid. It is commonly used for circulatory problems becasue it is an NO (Nitric Oxide) precursor. NO causes relaxation and dilation of your blood vessels allowing blood to flow. The theory is that by taking arginine, you can potentially increase the amount of NO in the blood, and therefore improve circulation.

Ginkgo biloba tree leaf extract has been used therapeutically in China for millennia. The active ingredients of Ginkgo biloba extracts contain many different substances but most of them fall into two main categories: Terpenoid lactones and Flavonoids. Ginkgo is most commonly used to help memory and mental function (and research reveals this effect may be due to increased circulation in the brain.)

In terms of erectile dysfunction, there may be a benefit to using both arginine and ginkgo (because of the circulatory benefits). See the following sites for specific research in regards to the effect of arginine and ginkgo for ED:
http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/?s=arginine
http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/?s=ginkgo

Dosage is also a key factor. One study with a low dose showed no effect with ED (http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/erectile-dysfunction-research/effect-of-oral-administration-of-high-dose-nitric-oxide-donor-l-arginine-in-men-with-organic-erectile-dysfunction-results-of-a-double-blind-randomized-placebo-controlled-study/) and another study with high dose revealed some benefit for ED (http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/erectile-dysfunction-research/effectiveness-of-oral-l-arginine-in-first-line-treatment-of-erectile-dysfunction-in-a-controlled-crossover-study/)

It would be advisable to seek professional advise from an expert in nutritional supplements (i.e. Naturopathic Doctor or MD with training in nutrition).

Here is another good article on nutrional supplementation (including arginine and ginkgo): http://www.erectiledysfunctioncentral.org/erectile-dysfunction-research/nutrients-and-botanicals-for-erectile-dysfunction-examining-the-evidence-2/ (click on the yellow "alternative medicine review" button for the full article)

Does anyone know of a good herbal alternative to viagra?

Hello to all, I have been suffering from some Erectile problems these past few months and I have gone to the doctor and he prescribed me viagra. I am not too keen taking these pills. I have heard of herbal alternatives. Does anybody know of any good herbal products?

please do not listen to some of the junk you are getting. ED can happen for medical reasons but most of the time it is age and stress related. As far as the herbals go, be careful as to avoid too much caffeine or other 'natural' stimulants, your doctor's viagra may actually be safer. My husband now uses a very low dosage of cialis and all is well here. good luck, nan

Can watching porn cause Erectile dysfunction?

I believe its true that watching porn causes erectile dysfunction because it has happened to me. to any physician is this the case for real???

Absolutely not.

Psychological impotence is where erection or penetration fails due to thoughts or feelings (psychological reasons) rather than physical impossibility; this can often be helped.

Erectile dysfunction is characterized by the regular or repeated inability to obtain or maintain an erection. There are several ways that erectile dysfunction is analyzed:
Obtaining full erections at some times, such as when asleep (when the mind and psychological issues, if any, are less present), tends to suggest the physical structures are functionally working. However, the opposite case, a lack of nocturnal erections, does not imply the opposite, since a significant proportion of sexually functional men do not routinely get nocturnal erections[citation needed] or wet dreams.

Obtaining erections which are either not rigid or full (lazy erection), or are lost more rapidly than would be expected (often before or during penetration), can be a sign of a failure of the mechanism which keeps blood held in the penis, and may signify an underlying clinical condition, often cardiovascular in origin.
Other factors leading to erectile dysfunction are diabetes mellitus (causing neuropathy) or hypogonadism (decreased testosterone levels due to disease affecting the testicles or the pituitary gland).

Psychological causes: stress, mental disorders (clinical depression, schizophrenia, substance abuse, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, personality disorders or traits., psychological problems, negative feelings.

Ageing.

Lifestyle: alcohol and drugs, obesity, cigarette smoking (Incidence of impotence is approximately 85 percent higher in male smokers compared to non-smokers., Smoking is a key cause of erectile dysfunction. Smoking causes impotence because it promotes arterial narrowing.See also Tobacco and health. )
